Kitchen Design Consultant: Douglas's operational experience in both the front and back of the house enabled him to coordinate all of world renownd chef April Bloomfield's requirements while staying on budget and on schedule.
Operator/Opening General Manager: Douglas interviewed, hired and trained “The Breslin”’s restaurant, bar and kitchen staffs. He also set up all of the operational systems and coordinated construction and operations with the Ace Hotel.
