Owner’s Representative: Douglas led the teams executing demolition, restoration, renovation, design, engineering and construction of The Breslin Bar & Dining room.

Design Consultant: Working with design firm Roman and Williams, Douglas’ design input was invaluable in bridging the gap between design and function.

Kitchen Design Consultant: Douglas's operational experience in both the front and back of the house enabled him to coordinate all of world renownd chef April Bloomfield's requirements while staying on budget and on schedule.

Operator/Opening General Manager: Douglas interviewed, hired and trained “The Breslin”’s restaurant, bar and kitchen staffs. He also set up all of the operational systems and coordinated construction and operations with the Ace Hotel.
